Doriza Estates and Development is run by Spyros Dorizas and his partner in life and business Tomomi Tezuka.

Spyros was born in Chicago , U.S and was brought up in Kefalonia. His involvement into business began from a very young age at his family's hotel, Sami Beach Hotel . Being at the service of the customer with the most caring and attentive manner have been principles he was brought up with and helped him gain good business and cultural awareness. Spyros holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Sheffield and an MSc (Distinction) in Tourism Management from the University of Surrey . After spending four years in the U.K for his studies and a year in the Greek army he returned back to Sami and found Doriza Estates & Development. Today, Doriza is the leading company dealing with estates and property development in Sami and its greater region.

Tomomi was born and brought up in Tokyo , Japan . She has also got a background in working at her family's confectionary business Kibundo in Asakusa, Tokyo . After receiving her BSc (Hons) in Economics from the Chuo University she went to the U.K and studied for her MSc in Tourism Management at the University of Surrey . That is where she met with Spyros. After her studies and while Spyros was doing his military service Tomomi worked in the corporate department of JAL hotels in Tokyo . Now, Tomomi lives permanently in Sami and she is the assistant of Spyros at Doriza Estates & Development.

Both Spyros and Tomomi work on the continuous improvement of the services provided at Doriza and their goal is to deliver the highest standard of personalized service to all Doriza’s customers.
